Refund policy

As we mainly sell unique vintage and second-hand football shirts, all items are carefully inspected before shipping and may show minor signs of wear consistent with vintage clothing. Any major flaws or sizing deviations will be clearly mentioned in the product listing.

Returns & Refunds

If you would like to request a return for your online order, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify us within 14 days after delivery
  2. Provide clear photos and a detailed explanation of your return request
  3. Once received and inspected, we will review the item and inform you whether you qualify for a full or partial refund based on the returned condition of the item

Returned items must be:

  • in the exact same condition as received
  • unworn, unwashed and unused
  • free from odors, stains or damage
  • returned with original tags and packaging

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us.

Inspection

Because of the collectible and vintage nature of our products, all returns are carefully inspected upon arrival. Based on the condition of the returned item and the information provided, we reserve the right to determine whether the customer qualifies for a full refund, partial refund or no refund in cases where the item is returned used, damaged, altered or in a different condition from how it was originally shipped.

Original shipping costs, sale items, gift cards and personalized items are non-refundable.

If your return is approved after inspection, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
