Welcome to Casèt Amsterdam. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Casèt Amsterdam.
By visiting our website, purchasing products from us or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online services and process orders securely.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS
Casèt Amsterdam mainly sells vintage and second-hand football shirts and related items. Due to the nature of vintage products, minor signs of wear, aging or previous use may be present.
We carefully inspect all items before shipping and aim to clearly describe and photograph any major flaws, defects or sizing deviations.
Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings and devices.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues.
Once your order has been accepted and processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as changes or cancellations may not always be possible after payment has been processed.
SECTION 4 - PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices displayed on our website are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs, customs duties and import charges are not included unless explicitly stated.
International customers outside the European Union are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their local authorities.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship from Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
For orders shipped within the European Union, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS & REFUNDS
As we mainly sell unique vintage and second-hand football shirts, all items are carefully inspected before shipping and may show minor signs of wear consistent with vintage clothing.
EU customers have the legal right to request a return within 14 days after delivery.
If you would like to request a return for your online order, please follow these steps:

Notify us within 14 days after delivery

Provide clear photos and a detailed explanation of your return request

Once received and inspected, we will review the item and inform you whether you qualify for a full or partial refund based on the returned condition of the item
Returned items must be:

in the exact same condition as received

unworn, unwashed and unused

free from odors, stains or damage
-
returned with original tags and packaging
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us.
Original shipping costs, sale items, gift cards and personalized items are non-refundable.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, club names, sponsor logos and brand names shown on products remain the property of their respective owners.
Casèt Amsterdam is an independent reseller of authentic vintage and second-hand products and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected to any sports club, league, brand or manufacturer shown on the products we sell.
All website content, including images, branding, text and design, may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party websites.
Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
SECTION 9 - PRIVACY
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Our store is powered by Shopify, which may process certain customer data in order to provide payment processing, hosting and related services.
SECTION 10 - ERRORS & INACCURACIES
Occasionally there may be information on the website containing typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, availability or shipping information.
We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders affected by incorrect information.
